Distinguished Contribution in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Award Nomination Form
The IBSES Distinguished Contribution in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Award recognizes a living surgeon who has made sustained and meaningful contributions to the field of shoulder and/or elbow surgery and has achieved international recognition among their peers. Nominations must be submitted by a recognized national or international shoulder and elbow society and received no later than six months prior to the triennial ICSES meeting.
